Soccer drill procedure

The distance between groups is shortened by one side. This is the only way in which the changing of sides can be carried out in this manner; see animation.

Description

The players run around the field of cones in two groups. The distance between the groups should remain the same. The first player in each group is responsible for keeping the correct distance. At every second cone, the groups change sides diagonally. When the drill starts, the positions must be divided up as such that the teams meet each other while dribbling diagonally, so that they change sides in a zipper line.
