Soccer drill procedure

Ball coordination drills can easily be included in warm-ups. The exercise is ideal for this, which is why we don’t want to forget it. The players pull the ball back and forwards – loosely and alternating feet, with the sole of their boot.

Description

The star is made up of three teams. In the animation you can see a team yellow, black and blue.

The starting players dribble to the center of the star and back again. The ball is pulled along with the sole of their boot, using alternating feet. Continuously increase the pace.

Variations

- Change sides completely moving forwards or backwards
