Soccer drill procedure

After the pass, the starting player does not follow the ball; instead, he runs to the other side and switches positions with the other player.

Description

At drill start, a group is at one corner of the triangle. The smaller the number of trainees, the more intense is the drill. The first group of players has a ball at each of the other two corners of the triangle is a player without the ball. The drill starts with a pass to the right or left.

The passer does not follow the direction of the pass, but switches positions with the player on the other side. The receiver plays the ball back to the starting group and keeps his position. The next pass from the group then takes place on the other side.
