easy Sports-Graphics 5.0

Soccer drill procedure

At the end of the lane, the ball is passed to the other row. This pass must be carried out while dribbling and with a feel for the ball.

Mark two lanes, as shown in the animation. A row of players stands on each side. There are plenty of balls on the one side of the drill, as can be seen on the right of the animation. The starting player dribbles through the lane. At the end of the path, the ball is passed to the other row, as can be seen in the animation. The player follows the ball and then joins the team on the other side. The receiver dribbles through the lane to the opposite row.
