Soccer drill procedure

This practice unit starts with a drill sequence that involves no organization. You only need a ball for each player. Otherwise, you’ll have long waiting times for bigger groups, which should be avoided.

This sequence allows new dribbling paths to be created constantly. Don’t forget to incorporate many different dribbling techniques in this drill.

Description

The first player in each team starts dribbling towards the coach. Before reaching him, they turn with the ball under their foot and start dribbling back to their row.
