Soccer drill procedure

This drill is a quick and easy one, that's why it's ideal for a soccer practice warmup.

The bigger the individual, the tougher this drill is so it can be changed to suit your needs and the skill level of your team.

Description

There are four stations (A-D), they can be extended at any time. The animation shows the placement of the markers.

A. Make a half turn before the first cone and after the second cone, go back to the forward movement.
B. Move in a small, narrow zig-zag path around three cones.
C. The player should pass the ball forward across the field and then go retrieve ball outside the field.
D. Dribble to the red cone, then turn towards the yellow cones.

Variations

- The process moves clockwise
