Soccer – Tactics
We’ll constantly change the distance between players in the back four. Once the players get into a routine, the drill speed should be increased further. Dribbling also increases the difficulty. This drill is only one building block of our drill collection on zone defense in soccer.
Players dribble in groups of four in one row, remaining close to one another. At the coach’s signal, they fan out and dribble away from each other. At the next command, they dribble back to their starting positions.
