Soccer drill procedure

Ok, now we would like to see who sprints faster. This is a great duel that guarantees successful training and a lot of fun.

Description

The players sprint around the field after the coach has issued the start command. The field should be outlined with lines or cones. The coach plays toward the player who wins the sprinting duel. Upon accepting the ball the player will immediately seek the goal. It is irrelevant which goal is targeted, therefore, watch out!

Variations

- With goalkeepers
- Competition–Each successful goal is worth two points and the sprint is worth one point.
- Start the exercise at the opposite side of the field
