Soccer drill procedure

During this sequence, the receiver should skillfully perform a fake, so that he can be passed to. The ball can only be passed to him once he has completed a fake; we want to force the attacker to do this.

Description

An attacker runs onto the pitch from one side and the defender runs on from the other side. By changing speed, running skillfully around the back of the defender, or by performing a fake, the attacker should try and offer himself to receive a pass. The passer waits for the right moment to pass the ball. Now the attacker tries to end the situation with a quick shot on goal. The defender remains passive at first. He becomes more active during the course of the drill.
