Soccer drill procedure

The prison in this drill is the marked rectangle on the image. The player, who is standing there, passes the ball and defends at the same time, without losing orientation. The team mates try to be successful, either by scoring or crossing the cones goal. This drill is always a big success with the players.

Description

The first player has two balls available. He passes in the marked rectangle and tries to get to the cones goal by dribbling. The player in the rectangle who receives the ball, transfers quickly to the thirdplayer. He is then immediately acting as defensive player to avoid the arrival of the first player at the cones goal. The third player tries to score. After that, the first player passes his ball back to the team and joins the third group. The scorer fetches the ball and is changing to the first team. The player in the rectangle is exchanged after five attacks.
