Previous exerciseLane Pass 3Next exercise

Soccer drill procedure

The start player may do more now than in the other drills. After dribbling through the space enclosed by the two cone markers and the pass through the lane, he goes around the pass receiver by starting at the center and running through the space enclosed by the right cone markers. The excitement continues - watch the animation closely. The running paths, dribbling and the passing sequences change completely.

Description

The pass receiver gets the ball at the right moment. Meanwhile, the start player begins to move to the center to follow the pass receiver. The pass receiver gets the ball and dribbles to the left side of the upper space enclosed by two cone markers. He passes through this space to the start player, who follows him and accepts the ball. Both players then exchange their groups.
