Soccer drill procedure

For this action, we still need only one ball, which on the other hand does not make the drill easier.
You can now see clearly the possibilities that this drill structure offers.

Description

As already described, we still need only one ball. In our animation, this is located in the lower starting group. The center player at the start of the drill then runs around the right-hand wicket in front of him. He receives a pass there from the starting player, who then starts toward the center. The center player rolls the ball back around the wicket on the circumference and passes to the starting player, who controls the ball and plays it off to the other group. Then he runs around the right-hand wicket and the playing starts over again.

Variations

- Different passing techniques
- The center player can run around the right or left wicket, but just doesn't thereby lose the orientation.

Soccer coach tips

- You have to master the action
- The ball is rolled around the wicket with the bottom of the foot.
