Soccer training – Passing - Exercise:

Soccer drill procedure

This pass can be adapted optimally to the level of performance of your team. Look at the blue cone, if you shift it further to the right, the pass becomes more and more longer and the drill more difficult. Short and long passes in a single drill sequence, including pass and running lanes that the players need to cover. Not that very simple, but it will work out in the end.

Description

Each of the two cone markers on the left side of the animation is occupied by a player. We place two more pylons somewhat displaced and further separated from one another and assign a group to each one of them. It must be turned around the blue cone marker while changing the side. The first player at the top of the animation passes to the player at the left cone marker. He drags the ball around the cone marker and passes it to his partner, who receives the ball, passes it around the cone marker and passes it back to the start player, who has assumed his position. This is followed by the forward pass to the other group and the same sequence is repeated, this time on the other side. The players at the left pylons are substituted after some time.
