Soccer drill procedure

One takes a training hurdle, builds it in a passing game and soon the training becomes much more interesting and diverse than before. The hurdle interferes and it should exactly do the same. Our Soccerpilots dolls do it quite well, but you will probably need some patience with your team.

Description

The hurdle is in the training centre, at quite a distance from the goal. We set up four cones, which are placed almost in a circle around the hurdle. There are at least two players at every cone. In the animation, the play starts on the right training side. Here, the player starts by passing and jumping over the hurdle. The pass results from the animation. Pay attention to the group change of the players change when they have completed their action.

Variations

- Build-up on the other side
- Only direct passing (very difficult)
- Different jumping styles (with one leg, tuck up the legs, stretch the legs, running jump, backwards, sideways)

Soccer coach tips

- Always train using both legs!
- Quick and accurate passing
