Soccer drill procedure

Passing training for one player. As a responsible soccer coach, you should ensure that the player in the middle is replaced regularly. This drill is simple, but very intensive.

Description

The player in the middle has no ball and is constantly supplied with passes from the outer positions. He passes the balls back to the passing players. He has to turn around quickly each time, because the frequency of passes is increased frequently.

Variations

- Different passing techniques
- Competition: which middle player manages the highest number of passes within a given length of time?

Soccer coach tips

- Encourage high speed!
- Always train on both legs!
- Cheer the players on and give them plenty of praise!
