Soccer training – Passing - Exercise:

Previous exercisePass Feed 2Next exercise

Soccer drill procedure

This drill variant looks completely different, but the basic idea is still identical. We bring action into "feeding" for all the participating players. Don't forget to change position at the right time.

Description

The passers form two rows. The ball is played from the starting position to the receiver and then there is the run toward the other side of the field. The receiver passes the ball back precisely into the track of the passer. He then passes to the other row of passers. After his pass, the "fed" player immediately runs laterally toward the other side of the field, to receive another pass there. The drill goes on this way. The receiver is constantly under pressure from fast passes.
