Soccer training – Passing - Exercise:

Previous exercisePass FeedNext exercise

Soccer drill procedure

A player is "fed" with two balls. This drill acts like 3 against 1, but it isn't really that. The 3 players are passers and 1 player is the receiver who always passes the balls back again. They don't play against one another, but with one another.

Description

The 3 passers stand at some distance from the receiver and supply him with balls again and again, as the animation shows. The receiver is under pressure from fast passing.

Variations

- Different passing techniques

Soccer coach tips
