Soccer drill procedure

This drill can be incorporated in training not only for children's and youth's soccer. "Older" people can also get the necessary ball security from this training, which is absolutely necessary for successful play.

Description

The lead players are on the long sides of the field. We first begin with two balls. The players run freely in the field. Whoever gets the ball passes - after taking the ball - to another lead player on the sideline. A pass is made only after "eye contact," to avoid double starts. Defense relieves after some time, or after capturing the ball.

Variations

- Different passing techniques
- Only direct passing!
- 1 to 4 defenders
