There are many plays in soccer with a ball that is suitable for children or youths. Why shouldn't plays help us to make the training appealing? Precisely with children and youths this drill can be used to make passing fun.
The players pass the ball to one another in an "imaginary rectangle". This means that the players imagine a rectangle, although none is there at all. With 3 people practicing, one corner of the rectangle is always unoccupied, that's how simple it is. The passer after the pass runs to the empty corner of the "imaginary rectangle." The lead person is completely optional.
