Soccer drill procedure

Finally, we’ll play some double passes. Exact passing, different techniques and a fast pace, that is how optimal indoor training should be.

As in the previous drills, more than one pair can practice at a time.

Description

Two players, one ball. The players pass the ball to each other, as in the animation.

Variations

- Different passing techniques
- The players stand behind one another and swap positions after each pass.
