Soccer drill procedure

This is still missing: running backwards! The soccer coach knows this problem when it comes to movement coordination. Running forwards, that’s fine, but backwards?

Description

The players run backwards through the hoops. One contact per hoop. Take the upper body into the movement.

Variations

- A competition between groups is possible
- Add a shot on goal after running through the hoops (from a forward sprint).
