Soccer drill procedure

For a moment, we’ll leave the theme of this drill sequence and go into the dribbling before the shot on goal. This unit is important to get a feel for the other two drills in this sequence. We don’t need the passers anymore.

Description

The players dribble around each cone, like in the animation, before taking a shot on goal. The dribbling and the shot on goal should be taken using both legs in turn. The players then swap groups.

Variations

- Different goal shot and dribbling techniques

Soccer coach tips

- Always train using both legs!
- Push for increased speed
