Soccer training – Goal shots - Exercise:

Previous exerciseOne-Two And Short Pass 2Next exercise

Soccer drill procedure

Now, the one-two comes into the picture. The passer must receive the ball well, so that he can pass it on with precision. With some practice, the passing game can be carried out with just direct passes.

Description

Two staggered goals are set up on the practice field. An orientation field is marked on each side of the goals. The “blue” players in the animation are the passers for the shot on goal. The balls are in the starting groups. The first player in each group passes it to the passer. From there, the pass is made exactly into the path of the player, who then takes a shot on goal. The shooters switch practice sides and the passers are swapped after a few cycles.
