Soccer drill procedure

We extend the dribbling course. The players are now in each other's way and should avoid collisions. Remember to switch the starting positions of both groups in order to really train both legs.

Description

I will skip a detailed description of the exercise. The procedure corresponds to the initial exercise; now, the players are not dribbling into the circle through the first cone goal but only through the second one.

Variations

- The cone goal at the center must be dribbled through
- Do not forget competition

Maximum group size: 16 (two players per group start at the same time)
Materials required: Each player has a ball, 8 cones
Field size: Measurements correspond to the center circle
