Soccer drill procedure

Now we’ll create some disorganization during the dribbling. Things will get tight for players in the center of the practice field. Crashing is a hazard; to avoid this, the ball must be kept close to the foot. The pressure on players can be increased through a competition.

Description

Four groups spread out around the marked square. The first player in each group dribbles diagonally to the marker on the other side, goes around it and then dribbles back to the starting group.

Variations

- Go around the cones on the other side
- A competitive aspect can be introduced
- Different dribbling techniques

Soccer coach tips
