Soccer training – Dribbling - Exercise:

Soccer drill procedure

You can now see in the animation what is possible with this drill. Little by little, we have sent all of the players on their way. It's cramped and confusing, and the players have to pay darned good attention to avoid collisions. In this form, I would use the drill to warm up, because the pace cannot be as fast as in the introductory drill. Definitely avoid overstressing your team.

Description

When starting the drill, distribute the players equally at the individual wickets. It is better first to carry out the introductory drill so that the methods are clear.

Variations

- The players should go around the cones of their color, moving back and forth across the central path
- Different dribbling techniques

Soccer coach tips

- Distribute the players well
