Soccer drill procedure

Now it's time to kick it up a notch, you should now realize the infinite possibilities with this drill. The paths of the players will begin to intersect each other. Good ball control isn't enough anymore, now they have to avoid running into each other as well. This will begin to really challenge the players.

Description

The animation will explain it better than words can, so I'll skip a description.

Organisation of the soccer training drill

Category: Advanced training, children’s training, youth training, seniors
Minimum group size: 4
Maximum group size: 12
Materials required: Each player has a ball, 8 cones
Field size: Do not make the distances too close. Shorter distances make the soccer drill much harder.
