Soccer drill procedure

Now it gets a bit trickier. Have the players dribble around each of the middle cones. Make sure to gradually increase the pace and watch for good ball control, especially when dribbling around the cones.

Variations

- Two more groups may start from the other side of the outer square
- The left and right groups should switch sides afterward
- Different dribbling techniques
- A competitive aspect can be introduced

Maximum group size: 12
Materials required: Each player has a ball, 8 cones
Field size: Do not make the distances too close. Shorter distances make the soccer drill much harder.
