Soccer drill procedure

It continues. Now both players swap balls when they meet in the center of the practice field. Timing is the most difficult part of this series. The players must raise their heads and adjust their speed so that they really meet in the center. The ball swap should first be carried out with a lot of feeling so that balls don’t get lost.

Description

The two first players in the groups dribble in a slalom to the other side. In the exercise center, the players carefully swap balls.

Variations

- When passing the ball over, let it sit for a short while (stand on it)
- The left group dribbles only with their left feet, the right dribbles only with their right feet and vice versa.

- Correct errors individually
- Adjust the speed so that the players meet in the middle
