Soccer drill procedure

There is more change in the last step. If you watch the animation closely, the action quickly becomes understandable. Don't take the whole series of drills lightly. The dribbling paths are not simple. The trick is to show good dribbling in spite of high concentration on the action of the drill.

Description

You already know almost all of this:
Place the cones in the rectangle as shown in the animation. Note: The greater the distance between the cones, the more intense the soccer drill is. There is a group of players in each corner of the rectangle. The first trainee at the bottom left and top right cone each has a ball. The possessors of the ball dribble to the opposite side, from where a player runs to meet each of the dribblers. At half the distance, the ball is dropped.
The trainee with the ball dribbles diagonally and goes around the center cone one and a half times. The ball is dropped and rests before the last half round. Each player takes the ball from his teammate after the run. He then dribbles to the group that is horizontally opposite his starting group. The ball is then dropped again.
