Soccer training – Dribbling - Exercise:

Soccer drill procedure

The drill looks very obscure in the animation. However, the action becomes clear quickly and the players will easily understand the purpose of the dribbling path. At the fast pace, placing the ball quickly becomes the problem, and without concentration and a feel for the ball, the ball will also be lost. For this reason, however, we do the training; otherwise we might even allow it.

Description

Put the cones in the rectangle as shown in the animation. Note: The greater the distance between the cones, the more intense the soccer drill is. There is a group of players in each corner of the rectangle. The first trainee at the bottom left and top right cone each has a ball. The possessors of the ball dribble to the opposite side, from where a player runs to meet each of the dribblers. At half the distance, the ball is dropped. The trainee with the ball dribbles diagonally to the center cone and turns to the group that is horizontally opposite his starting group. The ball is dropped there again.
