Soccer drill procedure

Viewing the animated series reveals the name of the drill. The players dribble between their cones back and forth; this results in a running lane that looks like a cross. An important part of this drill is the turn at the cone, from where the pass to the teammate is immediately made. "Immediate" means soon after the one-eighty with a lot of momentum.

Description

Place the cones in the form of a square as shown in the animation. Note: The greater the distance between the cones, the more intense will the drill be. The players dribble straight at the opposing cone. A turn is made there. Following the turn, the ball is passed to the start player. You will find different turns in the "tricks" navigation menu.
