Soccer drill procedure

In our animation, we have made two groups out of every team. These groups will then play together and are dependent on each other. We’ll start with an easy dribble-relay competition. It is important to note, for this and the following drills: a team is only finished when the last player in both groups has reached the final marker.

Description

The format remains the same in all three versions. Make two teams and make two groups from each team. You can of course make more teams; just expand the format of this drill. To start, each group needs a start marker. In the center of the practice field, place three cones for each team; this makes two cone goals, which the groups must pass through. Place another cone a bit farther away from the cone goal.

The groups run around this one during the dribbling competition.

The starting players from each group dribble through the cone goals and run around the individual cone.

Finally, they run to the other group in their team and give the ball to the next player.
