Soccer drill procedure

Dribbling and rotating over and over are what this drill is about. The layers keep running to new markers on the practice field.
This makes it possible to train intensively, especially when the next pair starts when the players in front have only reached the half-way point.
This type of drill is ideal as a warm-up, assuming players have understood the sequence.

Description

The players start from the first two markers on the practice field, just like you can see in the animation. The player with the ball passes to his partner during the run; the partner then changes sides. Finally, he runs around the dribbler and starts towards the next marker on the other side of the field. The drill continues in this manner.

Variations

- Different dribbling techniques

Soccer coach tips

- Always train using both legs!
- Correct errors individually
- Start with the rotation
