Previous exerciseThree-Play Drill 3Next exercise

Soccer drill procedure

We named this the “three-play” drill, now it’s time for all three players to start moving. Watch the animation carefully; the player who is running takes a pass “in the back” and includes receiving and controlling the ball into his dribbling.

Description

The first pass is made from the outside position of the diamond to the player standing at the cone. The receiver passes the ball pack to the first passer. This is followed by dribbling to the opposite side. The game then begins again, with a double pass. Be careful to change positions!

Variations

- Different dribbling and passing techniques
- Clockwise direction

Soccer coach tips

- Always train using both legs!
- Don’t forget to push forward
