Soccer drill procedure

Then we can get started and increase the difficulty of this drill. Dribbling is supplemented with passing, stopping and controlling the ball.

Description

The players dribble to the first cones. They then swap balls by passing them to each other precisely, stopping their ball, and dribbling back to their starting group.
