Soccer drill procedure
It is a good idea to add a turn to this drill. After getting used to the sequence, increase the speed and make sure that they are doing the turns correctly.
The yellow player dribbles around the red cone, the black player dribbles around the blue cone. A turn takes place at the second cone. The animation shows one turn as an example. See “Tricks” for different turns.
