Soccer training – Dribbling - Dribbling Circles

easy Sports-Graphics 5.0

Soccer drill procedure

This drill depends on speed. It is therefore important to keep increasing your team’s speed. Centrifugal forces will be working on the ball, which make it difficult to keep to the circular path. We always train with both legs, so don’t forget to change directions. One more fun bit: when the coach gives the command, the player who is dribbling the ball changes direction and returns to the starting position.

The players dribble the ball in a circle, returning to the starting position.
