Soccer drill procedure
No ball handover in the centre; instead, targeted passes to a partner. This is the difference between this drill and the previous one. The players’ dependency on each other in the drill increases, and mistakes severely impede the flow of the game. Tell that to the players while you’re explaining the drill to them, so as to increase the pressure, and with it their concentration.
Two groups stand opposite each other; each player has a ball. The first players of both groups start dribbling and pass the balls to each other at the same time. Then the players dribble around the cone markers, as shown in the animation, and rejoin the group they started in.
