Soccer drill procedure
No big differences between this drill and the last one, but in this variant the fields are changed in a diagonal direction. This means that players will invariably meet in the middle of the field. Players need to keep their heads up, their eyes open, and still manage to dribble competently. Some ball losses are inevitable, especially at high speeds.
The teams switch fields diagonally on the trainer’s command.
