Soccer drill procedure

Although small-group training is usually the most common method, there are drills where training can be carried out in larger groups. This drill is an example of this. Speed, different techniques, competition and different group sizes – this drill has them all. It’s simple, easy to organise, and fast to get going.

Description

On the trainer’s order, the teams change fields in a clockwise direction. Special activities can be carried out in each field (turns, tricks, juggling) so as to include active recovery drills.
